I have yet to have a bad experience here. I understand that the whole mobile/online check-in can have its flaws, but with some common sense there are ways to ensure you are not waiting forever for your haircut. Although I have had great experiences with all the staff, I would recommend Cheryl as she consistently gives me an exceptional haircut and overall experience.

Dont understand the point of mobile check in, app said half hour so i waited to arrive, then waited another half hour at the location. Also hair cut was very poor. Did not deserve the one star but thats all i could do.

I was a new customer. Went to the West Fargo branch with a coupon. They said the coupon is expired and charged me $23 even I was a new client. Based on their adds they say new clients are free. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Never reccomand any one there anymore. Thanks for taking my #23. By the way she was nice.
